Tantra & Embodied Intimacy
A path of presence, embodiment, and meeting life as it is
Tantra, at its essence, is an embodied path of non-duality. It is an invitation to experience life as sacred, not by escaping the body or emotion, but by fully inhabiting them.
In my work, Tantra is not a technique, a performance, or a promise of peak experience.
It is a way of meeting reality through the body: with presence, curiosity, and care.
This path invites us to include what has often been excluded: sensation, emotion, desire, fear, grief, pleasure, longing, and love. Nothing needs to be fixed or transcended. Everything is welcome to be felt, at its own pace.
A Brief Context:
Classical, Neo, and Contemporary Tantra
Tantra is a broad and evolving field, and the word itself holds many meanings today.
Classical Tantra emerged in India over a thousand years ago as a spiritual and philosophical tradition rooted in non-dual awareness. It was primarily a meditative and ritual path, using mantra, ritual, and embodied presence to awaken to the sacredness of existence. Contrary to popular belief, classical Tantra was not primarily about sexuality.
Neo-Tantra is a modern evolution that brings Tantric principles into contemporary life, often focusing on embodiment, intimacy, sexuality, and relational healing. While some expressions emphasise sexual techniques or peak states, others use Tantra as a doorway into deeper self-awareness and conscious connection.
My work sits draw from contemporary, Neo expression of Tantra. It is trauma-aware, somatically grounded, and relationally informed. Rather than focusing on ritual or technique, I work from Tantric principles such as non-duality, inclusion, embodiment, and presence.
It is less about doing something special, and more about listening deeply to what is already here.
Tantra as I Practice It
In my sessions, Tantra is a somatic and relational inquiry.
The body is the primary intelligence.
Breath, sensation, emotion, and subtle energy are listened to as living expressions of truth.
This work begins with safety, consent, and nervous system attunement. I follow your pace, your boundaries, and the signals of your system. There is no expectation to open, perform, or reach any particular experience.
As capacity grows, the body may naturally open into experiences of pleasure, erotic aliveness, subtle energy, or expanded states of connection. These experiences are welcomed, but they are never the goal.
In this work, pleasure and transcendence are not used to escape reality.
They emerge through honest contact with it.
Tantra, for me, is also a path of learning how to become a lover, not only with yourself or another, but with life itself. This kind of intimacy is not imposed or idealised; it arises organically when the body feels safe enough to soften, open, and meet what is real.
I honour the roots of classical Tantra and the contributions of Neo-Tantra, while working in a way that is deeply informed by modern somatic psychology, trauma awareness, and relational intelligence.
This is Tantra as a slow remembering.
A return to presence.
A space where mystery is allowed to emerge, without being forced.
Sexuality & Erotic Experience in This Work
Although Tantra is often associated with sexuality, sexuality is only one expression of life-force energy.
In my work, erotic and sexual experiences are approached with care, maturity, and context. They are never used as proof of healing, awakening, or success.
Most sessions are entirely non-sexual, focusing on presence, inquiry, emotional integration, or nervous system regulation. In more advanced Neo-Tantric sessions, and only when there is sufficient trust, capacity, and consent, sexual or erotic themes may be explored as part of a wider inquiry into intimacy, aliveness, and connection.
Energy orgasms, pleasure waves, or expanded erotic states can arise naturally, not because they are pursued, but because the body is ready to express them.
Eroticism here is not about performance or achievement.
It is about truth, connection, and vitality.
Consent, Boundaries & Safety
Consent and boundaries are the foundation of this work.
Every session unfolds collaboratively, at your pace, with ongoing verbal consent. Nothing is ever done to you. You are always free to pause, slow down, or stop.
I work with deep respect for your nervous system, your history, your boundaries and your timing.
This work is trauma-aware, grounded, and relationally attuned. My intention is not to take you somewhere, but to meet you where you are, and to create a space where what is true can safely unfold.
"One way of avoiding dealing with trauma is going into beautific states, bliss states, sometimes called the Bliss Bypass. In working with trauma, we must hold together the contraction and expansion, the light and the darkness, because it's not all light. We can really learn how to hold polarities as a way of experiencing the non-duality of existence."

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this work sexual or erotic?
This work is rooted in presence, embodiment, and nervous system attunement. While Tantra includes sexuality as one expression of life force, sessions are primarily about awareness, safety, and embodied truth. Erotic or intimate themes may arise for some clients, but they are never a goal and never imposed. Everything unfolds collaboratively, with ongoing consent.
Do you offer Tantric massage?
I do not offer Tantric massage as a relaxation or pleasure-based service.
For established clients ready for advanced Neo-Tantric practices, certain in-person sessions (such as Kashmiri massage or yoni de-armouring) may include nudity and genital touch. These sessions are trauma-aware, intentional, and held within a clear therapeutic and spiritual container.
If you are looking for a soft, sensual, or erotic massage experience, my work will not be a good fit.
How is your work different from other Tantra offerings?
While Tantra informs my work, sessions are integrative rather than technique-based. Alongside Tantric principles, I draw on somatic awareness, Zen Coaching, family constellations, and trained bodywork modalities.
This allows the work to respond to emotional, relational, and systemic layers, not only sexuality or energy. Sessions prioritise safety, attunement, and the body’s natural timing over peak experiences or performance.
Tantra is woven into my integrated sessions.
