WHO ARE YOU AS A SEXUAL BEING?

Join us for a gentle and powerful day of exploring what blocks us from dropping deeper into our sexual selves and our essence. By understanding who we are as sexual beings, what steers our sexuality, what keeps us in bondage, we can free ourselves from shame, from patterns that no longer serve us. We can step more fully into our lives as a whole, integrated humans. 

Activities include working in dyads, triads and group work, using family constellations, inquiry method and ritual to fully witness ourselves and each other.

Family Constellations provides a container in which love is made visible. We seek to uncover any unconscious scripts, patterns or collective laws that are running across generations and family relationship systems and make movements towards what will bring greater harmony to our lives. 

Tantra is the practice of falling in love with life; including everything and experiencing it as sacred. Despite popular misunderstanding, Tantra isn’t all about sex, but rather, is a holistic spiritual practice. It uses the body as the gateway to expansion.
Tantra asks for your uncompromising intimacy and vulnerability. It asks for your naked heart, but no nudity will be involved in this workshop.

FACILITATOR

Tara weaves Zen Coaching, Family Constellations, Energy & Bodywork, Poetry, Tantric and Trauma-informed practices together to create sacred containers where we can become curious adventurers of our inner and outer worlds. Tara has presented at international online Tantra and Family Constellations events. Based in Cape Town, she offers in-person and online private coaching, workshops and retreats.
